For this project, I chose a piece of contemporary design to analyze in relation to the various artistic and design movements throughout history. From the Blues Brother movie poster, designed by Olly Moss, I identified visual components referencing aspects of the Plakatstil, Sachplakat, and Suprematism movements, as well as the Post-Industrial and Digital Revolution eras.
